Peru goes PNW

With menus inspired by Chef Stefano Schiaffino's Peruvian heritage and both his and Chef Grant Rico’s connection to the Pacific Northwest, this will be a one-of-a-kind dinner that showcases our culinary team’s creativity. We’re excited to partner with pisco brand Patrimonio Suyus pisco to create our beverage pairing. Their expertise and passion for pisco and Peruvian cuisine will be sure to surprise.

Reserve Here. $125 per guest: six course dinner and beverage pairing included, additional beverages may be purchased a la carte.
